I really can't believe it's been 25 years. Then again, I mention things to my students at times & they think I have 2 heads & then I realize that I graduated well before they were born. I have colleagues now born after 1983. The world has changed incredibly in the last 25 years, no? I think planning for the 25th will be a lot easier than planning for the 10th with the help of the internet.
I have now heard from Lisa Spooner, Sherrie S. & Taffy as well, so I've been able to contact 17 classmates. About the same number of addresses though have been sent back to me as undeliverable.
I do have a couple of people checking for the dates of the festival. Hopefully someone will post the information pronto.
Okay, so, where do people want the reunion to be held? Wendy has suggested the Snowmobile Club. I'm not sure what the cost is though.
Are we having a meal or a buffet?
Is entertainment needed?
Do you want an informal family gathering as well like we did for the 20th? If so, is someone who is still in town willing to host it?
I guess that's enough questions for now. Please post your comments.
And before I close, if you are in contact with any other classmates, please have them get in touch with me. Thanks!

So what's up with you?
Well, I'll guess I'll start. I thought it might be fun to find out what everyone has been up to lately. Rich & I celebrated our 20th anniversary this summer -- which I thought was incredible in this day & age, but as I thought that I realized that I went to several of your weddings as a single woman & a lot of you are still married as well. I guess we're an exceptional group of people.
I've lived in Augusta for the past 13 years. We've got 2 sons -- William, age 11, grade 6 --at an age where his friends are his number 1 priority & Mark, age 9, grade 4 -- who can't stand the fact that William has more friends in the neighborhood than he does, especially since William seems to be gone so much or has so many friends over. Rich works for the state -- he's in his 20th year there & is in the Navy Reserves. I've been teaching Spanish at Erksine Academy, a semi-private school in South China, about 14 miles from home, for 9 years. I taught for 12 years before that in Skowhegan.
That's it for now. What's up with you?
